How it works
1.) Schedule Initial Consultation
Upon scheduling your initial consultation, you will be asked to fill out some basic contact information.
2.) PAR-Q & Liability Forms
You will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help us understand your goals, medical history, and limitations. This will help us answer two questions:
1.) Are you ready to begin a fitness program?
2.) What is our starting point?
3.) Your Consultation
30 Minutes (Phone, Live-on-Camera, in Person if possible) Discussing your goals and answering any questions you may have. I may ask you to do a few basic movements based on your physical limitations.
4.) Choose Your Direction and Your Program
If and when we decide to move forward together, you will choose your direction and programming.
I will take all of the information we have put together and design your foundational program. It will change, consistently, as will you. In the first 2-4 weeks we will get to know your schedule, obstacles, and energy.
5.) AR Fitness App for IOS & Android
You will be sent login details for the AR Fitness App. This is where you will find your program. You will be able to download pictures, videos, send me messages/questions related to your training. You will be able to keep track of your measurements + sync with wearable fitness devices
6.) Coaching & Support
Coaching and support is a pretty general statement. And it is basically the understatement of the century. Clients will receive education, tutorials, weigh-ins an measurements (if you want them), motivation tips and help with daily habits.
