There are a number of factors that play into changing our bodies. For the last fourteen years I have worked towards developing and implementing the most efficient movements for each individual's goals and limitations. We (more often than not) have the luxury of choosing how we go about accomplishing these goals.


When I am establishing a new client's programming, we implement a proper foundation for athletic movement. Strength Endurance and Stabilization is essential. Proper spinal alignment and technique from the beginning teaches the client that they can go from point A to B safely. And once we move properly, our muscles will develop Properly; safe AND svelte. Yeah, I went there.


Our posture depicts how we stand and what muscles we use to hold ourselves upright. Strengthening a few muscles, regularly, can change your physique. These are three strength exercises that I integrate into programming for my clients (and for myself). You do NOT have to use a band. You can do this with just your hands. In fact, I prefer you start there, perfect the movement, and then move into a progression.
